Numerous states now require new construction to pass performance tests before receiving the necessary occupancy permit. Our technicians are BPI certified to perform the tests you need to determine your building air leakage efficiency. We can also assist in existing buildings to reduce energy costs and ultimately save you money.

Our energy management system use BPI Certified Technicians utilizing Retrotec Blower Door Testing and Duct Leakage Testing  systems. This will check your building  for envelope leakage and help you meet or exceed current state Building Code Requirements.
